Workforce Development is issued quarterly to present updates, findings, and implications of the Maryland Customized Employment Partnership (MCEP). The goal is to regularly feature information relevant to practitioners, funders, policy makers, advocates, and workforce development personnel.
Workforce Development will also feature examples of customized employment in action from the perspectives of individual job seekers, MCEP partners, employers, One Stop personnel, and others involved and interested in effective employment service delivery to people with disabilities and other customers with significant barriers to employment in Maryland's One Stop system.
